Description for plastic granulator machine for floats and bottle caps:
A. Features of plastic granulator machine:
1. Recycle both film and regrind material in one machine
Recycle both film and regrind material in one machine due to special design. Belt conveyer machine for feeding film, and Spiral charger and Feeder for regrind material.
2. High efficiency
Compared with the primary design, the output of PURUI second generation film granulator machine has been increased 20%.
3. Low power consumption
The power consumption reduces 15% compared with the primary design.
4. Highly automatic
Only 2 people are needed for one production line.
B. Applications of plastic granulator machine:
Applicable plastic materials: PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, BOPP, PET, PA, EPE, etc
Material shapes: film, bag, non woven fabric, (PE, PP) regrind
Material types: (rolls, loose, bundled),
Material comes from offcut, industry defective film and washed film.
Note: depending on different material properties, various downstream equipments are needed.
C. Works
Feed film on the Belt conveyor machine and go into Compactor for cutting, heating, compacting and mixing, then enter the extruder for extruding.
Feed regrind material through the Spiral charger and Feeder on the extruder.
Instruction: the film and regrind material can be recycled separately or together, depending on customers’ different needs.
