Quick Detail:

The winding process requirement inside the steel strand,
1,steel wire (including central wire) should be the same diameter, the same intensity, the same level of zinc layer.
2, the diameter of the steel strand and lay length should be uniform? Don\'t loose after cut off.
3, in the steel strand wire should be tightly twisted? Should not have staggered, fracture and bending.
4, steel wire should be flat, soft, small residual stress? There should not be a ∽ unfolds.
5, 1 x3 structural steel strand and overhead ground wire connection is not allowed in other types of steel strand wire welded butt joint application, any two joint spacing shall not be less than 50 m connector should be tested for corrosion resistance.
Applications:
