1 Low energy consumption, high melting rate;
2 Impeccable gas protective device, it can mix gas evenly, keep stable rate of flow, protect sufficiently, and switch automatically;

7 Metering pump precisely control the casting time and speed, has high repeatability and ration, can resist high temperature, corrosion, and deformation, can work stably in molten magnesium. The extraction pipe is easy to clean, driven by servo motor, and stopped by resistance.
8 Delivering tube is made of special steel, stable in high temperature, can resist high temperature, corrosion, deformation, and oxidation, has longer service life, and ensure the purity of molten metal as well as the precise, safe metering.
9 Easy to maintain, easy to replace spare part(s)
10 Can produce magnesium alloy metering furnace in assigned specification/model according to customer’s requirement.
