This part has very high appearance requirements, the defect showed below will not be acceptable, for example, weld line, Dark Sport,Sliver Marks,Gas Trap Effect,Visible Ejector Marks,Deformation,Short shot Filling,Burnt Streaks,Sink Marks,Flash,Over dimension,Under dimension,Stress Crack etc. Moreover, the product finishing surface must meet the requires more than SPI-SPE A-2.
This mould is made in Shiny Mould Factory. It is a mould exported to USA, with complicated structures and high quality requests. Customer needs mold life to be over 1 million shots. We can ensure this mold life and give warrant to our customer that once some mould components are broken during working, if it is caused not by the operation fault from the workers, we can provide new mould components to them free of charge.
Compared with traditional method of molding, advantages of two shot injection molding process are as follows:
1. The core material can use low viscosity materials to reduce injection pressure.
2. From the consideration of environmental protection, the core materials can use recycled materials.
3. According to the different use of characteristics, such as thick wall finished product cortex use soft material, the core material can use hard material or foamed plastic to reduce weight.
4. Low quality of core materials is helpful to reduce costs.
5. The cortex material or core material can use expensive material with special surface properties, such as material of EMI Shielding or high conductivity to increase product performance.
