Description of high effective composite pipe production line PE PIPE two layers :
Multi-layer PE pipe extrusion, co-extrusion; this is to make pipe more strong, can stand high and low temperature.
With two layers co-extrusion, outer layer is new material, inner layer is recycle material; This line is also suitable to produce three layers PP-R pipe co-extrusion.
Flow: vacuum feeding -- material dryness --single screw extruder -- single screw extruder -- -- color string extruder -- spiral co-extrusion mould --calibrator -- spray vacuum calibration tank -- spray cooling water tank -- spray-code printer -- belt haul-off -- no-dust cutter –Pipe Stacker for package
