New-style device for rope arrangement

It is a kind of automatic and mandatory mechanical rope arrangement device. The output gear set is installed on the ends of the drum, chain wheel drive and bevel gear drive put in rotation the two reversing bevel gears that embed on the same transmission shaft which is connected with lead screw through safety clutch. Wheel set for rope arrangement is amounted on the lead screw, two reversing bevel gears are installed on the slide combination device of its transmission shaft, with the slide combination device controlling its moving towards left and right through shifter fork, and the action for the two cylinders is controlled by two mechanical control valves and a reversing valve. The new-style applicable device can achieve automatic rope arrangement, ease labor intensity, improve quality of rope arrangement and prolong the service life of steel rope.
