MEGATRO Monopoles GSM Tower is equipped with sophisticated
machinery and equipment for the manufacture of Polygonal Poles, High Masts and
Monopoles required for applications like Street lighting, Road lighting,
Highway Lighting, Park/Garden lighting, Yard lighting, Industrial lighting,
Stadium lighting and Sign boards. Aster has set up a one of the largest
galvanization plant inAsiawith world class
standards and a production capacity of 52,000 MT/Annum. The Plant is located at
Choutuppal and is equipped to galvanize sections up-to 2.3 m diameter and 12m
length in a single dip. Aster has so far supplied and installed on turnkey
basis more than 30,000 Octagonal Poles and 2000 High Masts varying from 3m to
60m heights to Private and Public Sector customers to their entire
satisfaction.

4.Bars are mainly composed of single equal angle steel or assembling angle steel;

base are assemblies of welded steel plates for convenience of hot galvanizing anti-corrosion, transportation and erection.
