MEGATRO is one of the professionalmanufacturer for RADAR TOWERfabrication. We can design every type of radar tower, which shall be a round,even square solid structure of 2 or 3 segments made of steel and painted in everycolour as per client required with environmentally resistant paint.  

Mostof MEGATRORADARTOWER design without guy wired, towerfoundation made of concrete, and tower body cylinder welded from steel sheetsof sufficient thickness, which enable the tower structure solid and stable.

Asto the lifting system, stairways, platform, base of the antenna pedestal andlighting system, we all tailor them according to client actual requirements andsite conditions. Besides, theft protection system and a fire alarm system arealso necessary. The radar tower and its entire perimeter shall also have asecurity system of surveillance cameras distributed all over the area. Thereshall be a possibility to interface the security system of surveillance cameraswith the remote sites.

Radar towers systems can accommodate avariety of disc with network parts. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety ofaccessories and mounts.

MEGATRORadar towers fabricated by solidsteel pipe with angle or bracing members, which provides great strength, lowweight and wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. Lattices oftriangular cross-section are most common, and square lattices are also widelyused.

After fabrication all Radartowers are delivered to the galvanizingfacility to be Hot Dip Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility byCaustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insureyears of maintenance free towers.
