MEGATRO provides the Wind Power Generating Industry the most reliable, economical MET tower systems in the business. These wind towers are made from solid steel and welded by certified welders, which is the tower units for wind power turbine, applied with wind power Generator during wind power generation. It is the large diameter & thick steel pipe structure below the generator of a wind turbine that supports the turbine, houses the meters and wires, and keeps the turbine high above the ground level to protect the surrounding area and people from the force of the blades. It is also the main stressed components which need to be enough strength and rigidity to endure huge wind pressure and shearing forces. The base also serves to elevate the turbine above surrounding obstacles that could otherwise block the wind. The tower units are formulated to a large tube with a variety of accessories which include platforms, ladders, cable fixings, positioning of switchboard and so on.
Our MEGATRO hydraulic towers are secured with a pivot base and come in a variety of tower heights (10M/20M/30M/40M/50M/60M/80M). Additional tower heights on request.
MEGATRO's all welded design provides maximum tower stiffness, minimum twist/sway and bending. After fabrication towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers. For some of tower we can not hop DIP galvanized but painting them with top-quality painting material as per clients' requirements.
All fabrication will be discussed by both parties and reach an agreement before mast production.
