1.Applied to: PP/HDPE/BOPP woven fabric
2.Bag types: Fertilier bag, feed bag, foodgrain bag,flour bag, rice bag, onion bag
3.Function: Cutting fabric, folding side, sewing bottom and collecting finished bag
4.Easy operation: Only one worker is needed to operate the whole process
5.Bag bottom: Folding bottom once/twice, single/double sewing needle is optional
6.Cutting: cold/hot cutting. Hot cutting without smoke, bag mouth won't get conglutinated
Product Description
1.This is a typical auto cutting and sewing machine for PP woven bag. It combines the function of cutting fabric, folding side, sewing bottom and collecting finished bag into one single machine, which will save you lots of labor force.
2.Our machine adopted international advanced controlling system of electric apparatus with high automation, low maintenance and few failures.
3.It is PLC control, touch-screen operation. Combining hot cutting and cold cutting,it can be applied to all kinds of PP/PE woven bags. Both single folding bottom and double folding bottom are ok.
