Wellhead Slickline Pressure Control Equipment used for testing and paraffin treatment in flowing oil well, gas well, water injection well and coalbed methane testing. The unit supplies buffer and transitional area for string running with pressure to hole, could satisfy the wellhead dynamic sealing or static sealing requirement without overflow. And the operation of the SPCE is simple, safe and reliable.
Product Feature:
1. The main suffering pressure parts adopt high strength alloy steel (high strength stainless steel, titanium alloy) materials. In order to ensure the quality of products, all raw materials undergo a rigorous inspection before be put into use.
2. The main components are used in forging processing, no welding, NDT in several processing. The inspections are be in strict with the API 6A and API 16A standard pressure test pressure detection, reliable performance.
3. Strict implementation of API 6A, API 16A and NACE MR0175 standard.
4. The whole device adopt Skid mounted design, convenient integral hoisting, transportation, storage and operation.
