This BOP is designed and manufactured based on the adopting the foreign advanced technology and then develop and design by ourselves. The rams inside this BOP are long and round structure, all seals are made by good rubber and good in sealing. This Ram BOP owns the advantages of simple structures, attractive appearance, easy operation, and quick maintenance, etc.
The ram BOP is consist of body, intermediate flange, bonnet, operating piston, opening piston, closing piston and ram assembly, locking housing, locking screw etc.
The upper and bottom connection of the BOP are all in accordance with API SPEC 6A . The parts which will touch with the fluid are all meet NACE-MR-01 -75 anti - H2S requirements.
BOP is designed for controlling the blowout during the well drilling. The single and double ram BOP match to the control system. They can used incorporate or separately and they also can used with annular BOP.
Main Function of Ram BOP:
1.The ram BOP can seal casing pipe and drilling pipe when it has drilling tools inside the well bore. And it can also seal the annular space between the casing and casing or casing and tubing. It equipped with various sizes of ram assemblies and can seal all sizes of drilling pipes.
2. When there is no pipe inside the well, please use the blind ram assembly to seal the well.
3.In order to control the formation pressure effectively, the ram BOP can be equipped together with Choke and Kill Manifold to balance the drilling pressure.
4.With ram BOP, people can realize well killing, and well cleaning when the well is closed.
