WPC PROFILES
I.The application of PE/PP WPC products(now this wpc profile are using many field because its economic features and environment-friendly:
Storage: such as material convey and packing, WPC pallet;
Motor industry: such as carriage panel, vehicle panel, roof etc.;
Agriculture: vegetable shed support, groove etc. ;
Traffic field: high way protect bar, insulate wallboard, railway protect bar, rail sleeper etc ;
Construction field: construction panel, movement antrum panel, doors, windows and stair armrest, decoration, flooring panel etc. ;
Garden city sight: booth, chair, flower case, fence, plank road etc
II.This item adopt recycling plastic (PE/PP) and plant fiber filling (wood flour and other fiber: rice chaff, straw staff, etc.) as main material, the product of which is “wood plastic composite”, herein after called “WPC”.
1. WPC substitute natural wood, that protects forest resources.
2. WPC uses plant fiber, that reduces environmental pollution.
3. WPC eliminate white pollution, that improves the nature environment.
Using this wpc profile processing machine, you can produce different size and shap wpc profiles by changing mould.
