Description:
YL-96 CF2HP Two Hot & Two Cold Counter Moulding Machine has been developed to obtain a more linear, the rational design and an improvement with interface, which makes the operation easier; Operator introduce any kind of set values of machine cycle, by control panel hot and cold mould temperatures and also receive warnings alerts in case of malfunctions; the cold mold is equipped according to offer the last for client. The outer and inner molds, flanging wipers and pincer can be adjusted; Optical projector or pneumatic positioning upper equipped with wipers for models; The cycle is marked by the column moving up to the rubber cushion then the rubber cushion gets close to make wiper movement.
Technical Features:
1. This Shoe Moulding Machine is applicable to different kinds of shoe counters for hot and cold shaping;
2. Cross projection lamp can help get right position setting;
3. Scan cutter is equipped, while shaping, fold the outer edge of shoe cover inward in convenience of shoe sides binding;
4. The temperature of cold mold is adjustable and can be lowered to -18. Internal and external dies can be made to the measure of shoe tree, which ensures that the internal mold can tally with the external mold and shaping effect is much better.
