Description:
YL-818 CF4HP Four Stations Counter Molding Machine is with four cooling and four heating, it contains sweeping knife and adjustable pull-down grip jaw; the sweeping knife system is adjusted with small hand-wheet easily, and the assembling and un-assembling of moulds is very easy and convenient of micro-electronic processing system;
The lower mould of this machine can be tilted toward the operator.
This machine is applicable to material any, hot to melt glue to be material good; Hot shoe last heads and hot shoe last moulds can all be heated, and temperature can be adjusted by oneself. This counter molding machine only requires one worker to operate and reach high daily capacity instead of two or three workers with the normal hot/cold shoe molding machine.
Technical Features:
1. Equipped with a light or an pneumatic reference disk for setting the upper edge position for folding over;
2. Cold mold cushion is molded with snap fastener hook for rapid change;
3. Cold mold positioned on mobile last peg, slanted towards the operator for perfect upper position and centering;
4. Adjustable upper pulling wipers with back and forward movement to ensure perfect upper adhesive to the aluminum molds;
5. Electronic control card with programmable micro-processor;
6. Automatic cycle and rotation start up on each station, save space, high efficiency.
7. Photo-electric safety switch.
