2) The screw with advanced structure is machined with N. C. Milling machine, so high precision. 

3) Liners of the barrel with helical intake had better heat conduction and feeding rolls are fixed at the feed zone. 

4) Advanced reducer with a forced lubrication system, high working accuracy, less noise and wear resistance. 

5) It is driven by a D. C. Motor, choose extrusion parameter according to different kinds of rubber stock and viscidity. 

6) Each zone of the extrusion body can be automatically controlled with a hot water circulating unit. 

7) More users, the extrusion head or screw can be changed to extrude different kinds of rubber stock.
