Tread Cooling Line

The line is used for extruding from extruder as the following functions: continuous weight check, printing, line marking, cementing, water cooling, fixed length cutting and spraying joint cement for cutting edges.

  The line speed is controlled by AC motor with inverter and dancer roller. Cooling tank material is stainless steel. The cutting device is controlled by servo with two cutting types of fixed cutting and track cutting. Low noise, high efficiency, easy handle, automation control.
