The main role of the overturning platform in aerated block device is to achieve hexahedra cutting the embryoid body, the overturning platform can be used in air- flip cutting production line. Working principle:Before cutting the embryoid bodies, the overturning platform flips the body for 90 degrees to remove the bottom of the waste and achieve hexahedral cutting. There are two types: Air flipping and ground flipping and the air-flip is widely used at present. Overturning platform process in ground flipping:As the embryoid body does not move when using the ground flipping cutting machine, the cutting machine cut the body vertically and horizontally. The embryoid body is lifted by spreader onto the overturning platform for 90 degrees turning, the overturning platform moves under the cutting machine for vertical and horizontal cutting. After finishing the process, the overturning platform turns the body again onto the bottom board and then remove the waste of bottom edge by the artificial. Spreaders are used to sling the body on the steam curing car to marshal, getting well ready for steam curing. Overturning platform process in air-flipping:After finishing cutting the embryoid body by step-by-step stationary cutting machine, the overturning platform turns it for 90 degrees to remove the waste of bottom edge. Then it is turned into erect state. After all these process, spreaders are used to sling the body on the steam curing car to marshal, getting well ready for steam curing.
