Our multi-layer, single-weft fabric, high-strength cotton woven conveyor belt, this woven belt is a basic automatic corrugators machine component. The various physical properties of this belt such as its tensile strength, high surface layer temperature resistance up to 230 deg.C, air permeability and other technical indexes, all meet the technical standards set forth internationally.
Woven corrugator belt was developed to transfer board and the rapid drying of the board. The structure and the quality fabric of the belt facilitates steam evaporation from the board. The structure of two surface layers are not the same as the middle layer. This structure is developed to produce flat boards on corrugating machines. The surface of the belt is twill, this reduces the noise while the belt running on the machines. The material of the two surface layer are not the same as the middle, this can increase the friction coefficient.
