Hand Warmer

Usage:
1.To activate:Flex metal disc back and forth till liquid change into crystals.Knead pack to soften.(If the temperature is too high,wrap a thin towel around the heat pack before using.
2.To recharge:Put the hardened heat pack into boiling water.Continue boiling for approximately 5 minutes or until the crystals are completely liquid.When the pack cools down,it is ready to be used again.
