The ARION? filter is used in waterworks and sanitary system where a water filtrationis requested with the possibility to eliminate the impurities lying on the bottomof the glass. It is useful as pre-filtration before a purification systemstoo. When the water reaches the cartridge all impurities, that are in the water,are kept by this cartridge. When the water doesn\'\'t flow, these impurities falldown into the transparent glass. To discharge impurities is sufficient to openthe ball valve on the top of the filter. In this way, a part of the water is dischargedby the copper pipe with all the impurities being on the bottom of the glass.Closing the ball valve this operation will be finished. No tools need for thisoperation. During the emptying system, the filtration is however active. Maxworking pressure 16 Bar / 232 PSI, max working temperature with transparent glass40 ?C, with brass glass 90 ?C. Transparent glass in Trogamid-T, cartridge instainless steel, body in brass UNI EN 1982 CC753S, gaskets made of NBR rubber. Sizesof the thread connection from 1/2 inches to 2 inches.
