Sunyuan SIP12 package two-wire voltage signal isolation distributor: ISOV-4-20mA is a two-wire voltage signal isolation power distribution module which can achieve the transmission and distribution of voltage signal from two-wire voltage input power distribution sensor and bridge (weighing) detecting circuit.

The design of product follows the low cost, small size standard, and adopts SIP12PIN fire protection IC package. Inside the product, there are current signal modulation circuit, magnetoelectric isolation transform circuit and signal reduction demodulation circuit. It’s power supply voltage range is 12-32VDC, low input equivalent resistance, high linearity, the isolation withstand voltage between signal input and output is up to 2500VAC. The power modules are convenient to use, which achieve isolated distribution of voltage signals from the two-wire voltage input distribution sensor and bridge (weighing) detection circuit only by adding some peripheral devices. When using the module, user should refer to the typical application circuit diagram.

By adopting SMD technological structure and new isolation technology, the modules posses the features: 3KVDC isolation between signal input and output (total isolation type), and operates in normal in abominable industrial conditions like wide temperature, humidity and vibration. 

ISO V-4-20mA two-wire voltage signal isolation distributor is convenient to use, which achieves isolated distribution and transmission of voltage signals from the two-wire voltage input distribution sensor and bridge (weighing) detection circuit only by adding some peripheral devices.

SY series input and output non-isolation products with high accuracy and linearity (better than 0.05 F.S), which usually used in internal installed electronic scale, angle displacement signal transmitter and other high precision testing instruments. For the small size, convenient in installation, the modules inside the sensor can directly convert displacement, angle signals into standard 4-20mA signal, the full span and zero can be adjusted and calibrated by external potentiometer.
