Pumping Oil Circulation Mold Temperature Controller Units for Compression Casting, Laminating Presses
SAFETY PROTECTIONS:
No-fuse breaker for the overcurrent phenomenon of general power supply. Motor reversion protection and indicator light up. Cooling water lacking protection and indicator light up. Circulating pump overload protection and indicator light up. BY-PASS pressure release loop for hot oil. Phase failure protection. High-voltage explosion-proof device. Anomaly explosion-proof buzzer. Prevent dry combustion device, discharge scale deposit protection. No-voltage exhaust protection system.
ADDM-18 Mold Temperature Control Units(MTC) are specially custome-designed for the temperature control of compression casting. It has lots of optional fuctions and multi safety protections. The heating power is 18KW for each circuit and adjustable, SPECK high-temperature magnetic oil pump is specially selected for this series.2* 0.1M2 Plate exchanger is available for process requires Heating And Cooling. This model belong to dual-circuit temperature control, It offers the temperature range from 25°C to 350 °C.
