JKR50 double-stage vacuum brick machine is developed and produced by Henan Fuwei Heavy Machinery Plant belonging to all-steel structure double-stage vacuum brick extruding machine.With compact and practical structure, stable operation, energy conservation and low power consumption the vacuum brick extruding machine uses high-quality steel-plate welded strcture,the master devices are all handled through thermal refining, which apply to small-scale brick factory or electric power restricted area.

The trowel of the equipment adopts wear-resistant metal flour spraying technology; Superior mixer shaft, trowel macroaxis and the whole part of body ,etc. all have been handled through aging, hardening and tempering, and quenching;The gears of the reducer are all hard tooth surface;The clutch adopts screw pressure type patent technology, which increases greatly its service life. Meanwhile, the machine has the reasonable design and compact Structure.It can operate stably without installing foundation bolt, and it can greatly reduce the power consumed by shaking in the operating process of the equipment.That use the vacuum brick machine equipment technology can turn waste into wealth, save the energy and reduce the consumption,and has obvious economic and social benefit.
