The Concrete Pouring Process
The first pouring
Before pouring, fix the anchor system on the plywood by M30 position bolt or construction bolt. Reinforce the formwork by wall- through tie rods.
The second pouring(the first lift)
Climbing brackets are used in the second pouring. Fix the anchor shoe in the bowl-climbing cone by tensile bolt, hang the bracket on the anchor shoe, and then insert the safe pin.
The third pouring(the second lift)
Fix suspended platform under the climbing bracket. Workers can remove the tensile bolt, anchor shoe and bowl-climbing cone for reusing, and then fill the holes left by bowl-climbing cone. This pouring process is the standard pouring; the later lifting process is the same, till the concrete pouring is finished.
