This equipment consists of the rack, screwdown and five rollers up and down, drive system, water-cooling system, etc.

Before casting, the withdrawal straightener transfers the dummy bar to the specified position in the mold; during pouring, it forcibly draws the dummy bar and the billet solidifying with the bar out from the mold; after passing the supporting and guide device of the secondary cooling, it separates the billet and dummy bar and begins continuous drawing and straightening.
