How to Mobile :
All the asphalt plant components are mounted on the mobile wheel trailer chassis , the plant can easily transport site to site with connection of trailer truck .The chassis is fabricated by truck standard such as EN536, EN 60204, EN ISO 12100 ,its dimension is suitable for different roads : express road , city road , county road etc .
Mobile asphalt mixing plant is composed of 8 separate units :
Trailer 1: Cold Feed System
Trailer 2:Drying Drum & Burner System
Trailer 3:Mixing Tower: screen, hot bins, weighting system, mixer
Trailer 4:Dust Collection System: bag house filter ( optional)
Trailer 5:Filler System (optional)
Trailer 6:Bitumen Tank
Trailer 7:Thermal Oil Heating System
Trailer 8:Control System
