There is too much longitudinal tension during the wet processing such as scouring, bleaching, dyeing , squeezing, slitting, etc.It can greatly affect the shrinkage of the finished product,.Besides the tension, a lot of chance to cause winkle,crease mark, folding mark during dyeing, hydro extraction, loading and unloading procedure.All the mentioned problems may not be completely solved even after stentering and campaction. The pin-frame section can perform an important purpose to adjust the weft to right direction, stretch the width for compensate the tension during the wet processing,remove most of the wrinkle and marking problem, and apply sufficient overfeeding before the drying process.Improve the shrinkage result for final product.
