This Deep Fryer Thermostat has a capillary length of approx. 500mm, sensing bulb diameter of 6mm, rated at 16 amps 250V. It is suitable for a deep fryer, as the temperature range up to 185 degree Celsius when set to the maximum. If the Deep Fryer Thermostat requires capillary gland kit, it is also available.
