WDW-QT10/20 Computer Control Iron Ore Pellet Compression Testing Machine
1. Function
WDW-OT10/20 computer control pellet compression testing machine is used to test the compressive strength of melting iron ore pellet. It can also be used for mechanical property test and analysis of metal, nonmetal and composite materials. It meets requirements of GB/T14201-93 Iron Ore Pellet Compression Test Method. It can automatically calculate and print the testing data including the maximum compression value, force fracture force value and automatic return value. It uses AC servo control motor and AC servo control system as the driving device, loads the precision ball screw with arc synchronous belt to finish compression test of specimens.
2. Features
1) Automatic shutdown: mobile beams stop moving automatically when the specimen was destroyed;
2) Automatic shift: switch to a proper range according to the load to ensure the accuracy of test data;
3) Automatic speed change: the speed of beam can change automatically according to the preset value or change manually;
4) Automatic calibration: achieve automatic calibration of indicator accuracy;
5) Automatic control: closed-loop control of testing speed;
6) Automatic data storage: testing data and curves can be saved automatically;
7) The test process, data display and analysis are finished through the computer;
8) Batch specimen test;
9) display mode: real-time display of data and curves;
10) limit protection: stored program control and mechanical control;
11) test report: can be printed in standard format.
