1. Function
Hydraulic Impact Specimen Notch Broaching Machine CSL-Y(double knives)is a supplemental equipment for impact test. It is especially used to cut V-notch and U-notch of the test specimens. The two broaches can work together to cut the specimen notches with high quality and good identity. The notches can fully meet the standards of GB/T229-2007 “Metallic Materials---Charpy Notch Impact Test Method”. They can also meet the standards of ASTM E23-02a, EN10045, ISO148, ISO083 and other international standards with some adjustment of the structure or changes of some important parts.
2. Features
1. The broach is made of special material and made in special technology, and it has high hardness, good abrasion resistance ability and long serving life;
2. This equipment has hydraulic drive double knives and can cut two specimen notches at one time.
