1. Function
Jinan Gaosheng Test Equipment Co., ltd is a professional manufacturer of impact specimen notch broaches. There are two kinds of broach, one is U shape, and the other is V shape. The broaches is applicable for all specimen notch broaching machines including hydraulic broaching machine, electric broaching machine and manual broaching machine. We can provide V broaches of 2mm or U broaches of 2mm, 3mm and 5mm according to customers’ requirements.
2. Features
1. The broach is made of imported W18Cr4V materials and has high hardness, good abrasion resistance and long serving life;
2. The broach can cut 20,000 specimens;
3. The broach has 54 teeth (5mm broach has 74 teeth), the last 4 teeth are used for shaping;
4. There are 4 Si between the teeth;
5. The processed UV notch can meet the standard of GB/T229-2007 “Metallic Material Charpy Notch Impact Test Method”, GB 2106-80 “Metallic Materials-Charpy (V notch) Impact Test Method” and ASTME23-02a “Metallic materials Standard Impact Test Method for Specimen Notch”.
6. We can provide you with V broaches of 2mm, U broaches of 2mm, 3mm and 5mm, U broaches of 3mm and 5mm in GB standard, U broaches of 5mm in European standard, and special broach in American standard according to customers’ requirements.
3. Application
1. UV specimen notch broaches are widely used in many industries and areas including petrochemical industry, metallurgy, boiler and pressure vessels, steel plates, steel pipes, wind power generation, hardware, metal, casting, pumps, valves, solar energy, war industry, fasteners, diesel engines, electric power, iron towers, railways, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, automotive industry, aerospace industry, physical and chemical laboratory and scientific research..
