It is with compact size and low metallic consumption, great water capacity and large convection heat transfer coefficient 2) The configuration of the water cool wall structure varies with the heat load on the boiler wall. The hearth section is airproof. The outer tube needs to be buried with the boiler wall. The pitch of the convection section is 90o. The utilization of δ40 firebrick at the outer tube makes the wall structure quite reasonable 3) Brick structured back arc is with water cooling front arc of fire-resistant concrete pouring. The adoption of water cooling arc greatly increases the firmness of the front arc and the height. The smoke is fully disturbed at the front arc to increase the radiation of the burning section of the grate. The back arc is built of arc with adjustable coverage. Therefore, the adaptability of the burning coal categories is extensive 4) Compressed shell with baked outer painting for brighter and more rigid color housing 5) Water quality of the boiler should be in rigorous compliance with the GB1576-2001 industrial boiler water quality standards. Normally the usage life of the boiler is 15 years 6) Step-less shift of the grate timing motor makes the rotating speed of the grate more reasonable 7) Meter control panel is equipped with a complete set of equipment. All the key data during the operation of the boiler are clearly displayed on the control table. The blow-suction inlets are operated on the operation table
