The hearth section is airproof. The outer tube needs to be buried with the boiler wall. The pitch of the convection section is 90o. The utilization of δ40 firebrick at the outer tube makes the wall structure quite reasonable 3) The down-pull water cooling wall are general found on the bulk boiler for the front arc structure, fire-resistant concrete is poured to improve the working environment of the front arc and to settle the problem of industrial collapse. The usage life is increased. The back arc is built of arc with adjustable coverage. Therefore, the adaptability of the burning coal categories is extensive 4) The main upper part of convection check smoke orientation device is with the form of rotation. The smoke granules can fall into the ash outlet to the grate, thus the initial dust exhaust density is greatly reduced as well as the convection wear, improving the usage life of the boiler. The transformation of the smoke may increase the time of heat transfer within the boiler. 380 maintenance channels are reserved at the two sides, mixing the smoke fully in burning. In this way, the heat transfer efficiency is improved. It is also possible for the maintenance staff to enter the check for examination. This advantage is incomparable
