This boiler can be used as a large centralized steam boiler of heat supplying station and heat-load peak adjusting set of heat and power station. Features: 1) Water circulation is through the natural circulation piling of the hearth parts and the forced circulation of the convection heating area. In the water system, returned water enters in the drum and the down comer falls to the cabinet of the water-cooling wall from the outer boiler, and then reaches the drum. It is deviated from the top of the drum to the ceiling pipe, and the coal economizer. The hot water can be deviated from the exit of the coal economizer 2) Burning method of coal scuttle veering chain-grate 3) High and large hearth to improve the coal burning conditions. This boiler is with front and back arches 4) Air pre-heater (trB=153oC) to accelerate the ignition and burning of the coal 5) This boiler feeds the wind from two sides in sections Technical parameters: 1) Rated heat efficiency: 29mW 2) Boiler hot water flow: 410.5MT/h 3) Boiler discharge pressure: 1.6MPa 4) Boiler rated exit/ inlet water temperature: 130oC / 70oC 5) Fuel features: grade II coal a) Heat: 17,693kJ/kg b) Volatilization: 28.48% 6) Dimensions: a) Distance of the central lines between the left and the right jambs: 5,820mm b) Max. width (podium included): 10600mm Structure: the large parts of the boiler consist of heating areas, metal parts and burning system parts.
