It is made of upper and lower parts. The boiler body and the hearth are for the upper part, and the burning equipment is the lower part. Boiler wall is the joining parts. Fire-proof concrete is used to cast the front and back arches. After connecting the gas circulation, pipe, meter, valve, air pre-heater and the coal economizer, it can be operated. Features: 1) The boiler shape selection is generally considered that the vertically laid water pipe can easily form clear interface, and it is in good symmetry. It is convenient for manufacture, maintenance, and installation. The ascending pipe and descending pipe of the water circulation structure play the role of a suspending steel-frame. With compact structure, this boiler is with large water capacity, reliable water circulation and full contribution 2) According to boiler wall height, we install the water-cooling wall differently. The hearth is installed in seal, and the outer pipe only needs to be laid on boiler wall. The distance between the convection is 96, and the outer pipe uses δ32 fireproof bricks, so that the boiler wall structure becomes more reasonable 3) The front arch structure formed with water-cooling wall is generally used by the bulk boilers. The concrete is cast, so the working environment of the front and the back arches can be improved. It avoids the defects of easy collapse among the same industries to extend usage life. The covering can be adjusted freely, so that the adaptability of the burning coal is very wide 4) Compressed shell with stylish coating and good rigidity 5) The water quality of the boiler should be strictly conformed to the GB1576-2001 standards for water quality of industrial boilers. Under normal usage conditions, the deigned life of the boiler is 15 years, and the power is 250kW 6) The adjustable-speed electrical machine of the chain-grate is step-less speed adjusting, thus the operating speed of the chain-grate becomes more reasonable 7) It is matched with complete meter control table, so that all the key data in the course of the operation of the boiler can be shown on the control table. The air induction is also operated on the control table 8) The design of boiler air flue is reasonable, thus it has little smoke resistance and can save power 9) With air pre-heater, it improves feeding wind temperature and facilitates boiler burning Packing: Max. transportation weight: 30MT
