High-colorfastness and low price electrostatic flocking paste
Our high-colorfastness electrostatic flocking paste is used by addition of a 2% cross-linking agent. After printing, electrostatic flocking and then drying naturally for 10 hours, you absolutely don't need heating, heat press and dry the fabric in an oven. Moreover, the flocked fabric is machine washable in 60 centigrade water and there is no shedding even in a super powerful wash mode. Average pastes need be heated at high temperature, which will delay the production schedule and affects the delivery time, leading to a lot of inconveniences. In particular, white fabrics tend to become yellow at high temperature, as a result the fabrics can't be used. It consumes a lot of electric power, time and manpower, but the result is poor.
Advantages: the product has good line sharpness, excellent flexibility, a very soft and smooth hand feeling..
Notice: it is designed specially for flocking on plain cloth, lycra fabrics and swimwear fabrics and is only used for electrostatic flocking.
