Static-proof and baking-free flocking pulp
This type of pulp is eco-friendly flocking pulp.
Feature: Good hand feeling, good fastness, easy to operate, good performance on
printing result, low production cost.
Main components: Special resin, auxiliaries Appearance: beige transparent paste PH
Value: 6.5-7.5
Process: Printing----static flocking----dry naturally. Product can pass 2-hour 60℃washing test at lest twice. In high moisture or low temperature weather, please
extend the drying time to make sure printing completely dry. Recommended for 2
minutes overheated around 150-160℃ if heating-procedure is necessary.
Notice: the paste has equipped with catalyzer, recommended usage is 2-3%, and the paste is suggested to be use up in 6-8 hours once the catalyzer added, 800 meshes is favorable. Remembers: in order to
make sure product can pass the washing test, the thickness of printing paste must be
maintained in a good condition as for the floss can be fully implant into the paste,
800-1000 meshes printing twice is recommended. Make sure the printing is dry completely
before the wash test or is will influence the test result.
