High-colorfastness transfer printing flocking paste
Environment friendly imported transfer printing flocking paste
Usage: our high-colorfastness flocking paste for flock transfer is used by addition of a 2% cross-linking agent. Stir adequately, and print the product directly on fabrics for three times, making sure that the adhesive layer formed by the third printing is slightly thicker. Then heat press it at 170-175 centigrade, 4 psi for 15 seconds. Peel the transfer after cooling, and the fabric needn't any more treatment. 10 hours later, the flocked fabric is washable in 60 centigrade water for 2 hours and there is no shedding. With very poor washing fastness, average pastes can't be peeled completely, which resulting in some inconveniences.
Advantages: environment-friendly and pregnant-woman-friendly, the product has a similar soft hand feeling with the electrostatic flocking paste after washing.
