High/middle grade imported discharge paste
This product is a kind of Eco-friendly Discharge Paste.
Components: Acrylic resin, Discharge powder.
PH Value: 6.5-7.5
Appearance: Discharge binder, white.
Discharge powder: Small white crystal.
Property: Soft hand feeling, good fastness, looks like binder printing.
Character: this paste belongs to active binder, no damage to fabric, and can be used directly for white and color discharge.
Formulation: white discharge: 5-7% discharge powder. Color discharge: 3-4% discharge powder
Remarks: it depends on the fabric color to decide how much of the discharge powder and pigment. Hear press will be better than the curing for revert, but short press time can effect the washing fastness, so it be better heat press first and then do curing, or improve the fastness, to add 1% catalyze.
Printing process: Printing---curing at 170 centigrade for 2 minutes or heat-press at 170 centigrade for 14 seconds, can pass 40 centigrade washing for two hours.
Notice: This paste is suitable for active discharge fabric printing, but don't be too thick because it will affect the penetrability. Immediate curing after printing can get better effect. it must be used out after 4-6 hours after mixing the discharge powder. Suggest to conduct trail test before mass production. Make sure completely dry before washing test. It has been tested before sells out. Different fabric and different operate it can get different print effect. on the basis of Chemicals international convention, each users must test the property of the paste before batch process.
