1. Performance: 

  Formula: they are formed by mixing environment friendly EVA elastic resin and assistant solvent.

  Viscosity: 145000-150000cps.

  Ion function: not ion.

  Lifetime: one year (under ordinary temperature and are sealed well)

2. Apply:

  a. It's widely applied on three-dimensional overprint of bag, toy, canvas, costume, jeans cloth, sports fitting, fabric belt. It features perfect thickness and strong three-dimension feeling.

  b. The key point is: this products are equipped with 80T-120T screen frame, and the screen frame must be tightened according to different figure. 

  c. The products are hardly to block the screen. It's possible to add some water paste to the products and stir them evenly for dilution.

  d. To assure the printing effect, you'd better to print for 5-8 times according to different thickness.

  e. The products are easily and conveniently operated, the common way is to fit it with flat screen (ordinary screen) rather than thick screen. When thick screen printing is required, do the second printing after the first printing is absolutely dried. 

  f. After dried with natural air for 72 hours, heating it at 150 centigrade for 8-15 seconds and heating the reverse side is a better choice.

  g. Add 1% of catalytic agent to the product if a better fastness is required.
