Environment friendly and high quality PU gloss oil
This kind of oil is Eco-friendly, most used on the paste of surface shinning, it can print out the Jelly effect, and
PVC free can pass each standard of The European Union target.
Characteristic: Smooth surface, nice shining, good transparence, no sticky. Good
fastness (more shining after washing.)
Appearance: Transparent Jelly PH Value: 6.5-7.5
Process: Render printing ----Jelly paste printing—naturally dry –Curing for 130 degree centigrade 2 minutes ---can washing more times for 60 centigrade 2 hours.
Notice: Use 1000-1200 mesh. Print 1-2 times for shining effect, 3-4 times for Jelly effect, printing weakly to keep the paste fluid; it must be add in 1%
special agent or will be no good at fastness and delaminate; Attention each resin have
different system, some paste may can't be mixed with Jelly paste, so please test well
before use. Put all the printed fabric leveling when curing or the printed area would be
draped under the high temperature.
