TZ-137 Italy imported PTF thickener for textile printing
PTF thickener is a high concentration and environment protective thickener for
pigment printing. Kerosene/APEO/NPEO and heavy metal free. Can be applied to the
processes Such as flat screen, roller screen on all kinds of fabrics. Excellent anti-electrolyte and water cohesion properties. Well compatibility with all kinds of binder
which developed specially for textile printing industry.
Property: Composition: Acrylate polymer dispersion. Appearance: Cream white
viscous liquid Solid Content: 63±0.5% PH Value: 6.0-7.0(0.1% white paste) Solubility: Mix with water at any rate Ionic: Anionic Viscosity:
over 100000cm/Pa (1.5% white paste).
Process: Water X% / Urea 4% / binder10-20% / PTF-W 1.3-1.6% / Pigment 5% Total: 100%.
Notice: Shelf-life over 6 months Store conditions: in a dry and ventilated warehouse with the
temperature between 5-40℃. Please stir evenly before using. Do not store in mild steel, copper or
aluminum containers. Notice to keep away from water when no using.
