Environment friendly imported isolation pulp
This kind of pulp has excellent separating effect, mainly suitable for separating the
foil and flock printing.
This pulp can be used directly, no need to add any auxiliary, easy in operation, it can
achieve good anti-sticky effect, can separating the foil and flocking in printing, have good anti-dirty result. The pulp can add auxiliaries 1-2% directly to anti-blocking. It will influence the fastness if the auxiliaries have been over added.
Components: Special resin. Appearance: transparent paste . PH value: 5.5-7.5
Printing process: Printing(non-foil or flocking area)---Naturally dry---Separating paste 2 times printing----naturally dry or blow dry-----flocking/ bronzing pulp printing---naturally dry or blow dry---heat-press foil / flocking. Eco-status: Eco-friendly.
Notice: 1. Don’t give too much strength when separate printing, otherwise it will effect the separating
effect, it may also happened the separating paste come out on the non separating
printing area. 2. In case the color discrepancy happened due to 9111 coating, it can
be recovery by washing. 3. In high moisture or low temperature weather, please
extend the drying time to make sure that printing is completely dry.
