Water-proof nylon white adhesive pulp/ transparent pulp
This kind of pulp is suitable for nylon fabric/ swimming wear fabric/woolen fabric
/and water-proof high elasticity fabric printing. Components: PU resin. TIO2 PH value: 6.5--7.5 Appearance: 3711 white paste. 3711c: milky clear paste.
Property: High elasticity, Soft hand feel, non-blocking, easy to operate, suitable for high grade textile printing.
Feature: this is for PU based pulp, whatever the fastness and elasticity is much better
than acrylic based paste; it has better anti-climate property, this make easy operation and stable quality, suitable for high quality
requirement printing.
Printing process: Printing—naturally dry---Curing at 130-150 centigrade for 3
minutes---after completely dry---60 centigrade washing for 2 hours over 2 times. Eco-status: Eco-friendly
Attention: 1. Pigment can not over 10%.(The fluorescent can affect the elastic of the paste, so we suggest to use the resist-high temperature and resist-transfer pigment, please check well the capability of pigment before use.) 2. After
adding the catalyzer, be sure stir evenly, 4-6 hours valid after mixing the catalyzer, otherwise the paste will be hydrolyze but it
will not be form gel. Be sure it dry completely before the washing test or it will affect
the test effect. It have been tested before sells out. Bases on different fabric and
different operate it can get different effect. This kind of product haven't the ability of anti-sublimation, please check your fabric whether it can sublimation or not before use.
