High elastic fire proof mechanical printing white adhesive pulp
This series of pulp are elastic pulp mainly based on Acrylate Copolymer Emulsion;
suitable for cotton, T/C fabric, knitted fabric and other textile fabric machine printing.
This product can be applied on oval-net machine or round-net machine.
Property: High whiteness, good covering, soft hand feeling; Non-sticky, suitable for middle grade textile printing.
Appearance: 308 white paste; 308C clear paste PH Value: 6.5-7.5
Process: Printing---- curing at 130 centigrade for 2 minutes.
Notice: be sure finish the paste within 4-6 hours after mixing the fixing agent,otherwise the pulp will be decomposed, but the
paste will not form gel, in high moisture or low temp weather, please extend the drying
time to make sure printing completely dry. This product already strictly tested by our
local market, and its quality is very stable. (Different fabric and different application
will achieve different printing result.), this paste haven’t anti-sublimation property, before mass production, do need to conduct the trial test.
