Environment friendly Tongling brand nylon white adhesive pulp

This type of environment protective nylon pulp is mainly based on Acrylate 
copolymer emulsion, suitable for normal elastic nylon fabric and T/C fabric to conduct
 high quality white or colors printing.

Characteristic: Good whiteness and covering power, with slightly elasticity, soft 
hand feeling, non sticky, suit to high grade fabric printing, Dry and wet rubbing test 
can reach level 4.

Main components: Acrylic resins, TIO2, auxiliaries. Appearance: 2066: white paste; 
2066C light-yellow paste PH Value: 6.5-7.5.

Process: Printing----dry naturally----overheated by 130℃ for 2 minutes---- the product can pass 2-hour, 60℃ washing test at least 5 times.

Notice: after adding the catalyzer, be sure stir evenly, 4-6 hours valid after mixing the catalyzer, otherwise the paste will be hydrolyze but it 
will not be form gel. Be sure it is completely dry before the washing test or it will 
affect the test effect. It have been tested before sells out. Bases on different fabric and
 different operate it can get different effect. This kind of product haven't the ability of 
anti-sublimation, please check your fabric whether it can sublimation before use.
