Brief introduction
XL Screw sand washer is mainly used for sand processing,electric pole factory,building work site and concrete dam,various sands classifying and dewatering.This sand washer adopts inclination of 15°,under the water tub,three plates form the sediment pool,the screw head is immersed in this pool,the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously,the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool,this machine have three functions of washing,dewatering,classifying.
Working principle
This machine is composed of shell, bucket, decelerator and motor. It is driven by motor and decelerator. The impellor is rotated continuously and the sand or small ores can be stirred, washed.
Feature:
1.The loss of middle fine sand and sand powder is comparatively low.
2.No other quick-wear parts except screen mesh.
