1. Introduction of XBM Flotation Machine
1). Flotation Machine is used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material;
2). Flotation Machine can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation;
3). In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, and other mineral still stays in the slurry, and the separating purpose is finished.
2. Types of XBM Flotation Machine
We have various kinds of XJK series flotation mahines, shuch as: XJK-0.13(1A), XJK-0.23(2A), XJK-0.35(3A), XJK-0.62(4A), XJK-1.1(5A),XJK-2.8(6A) etc.
3. Working Principle of flotation machine
1). The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces centrifugal effect with negative pressure;
2). Enough air is inhaled into mixed pulp, and pulp mixes with drug at the same time;
3). Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of pulp to form mineralized bubble;
4). Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
4. Features of XBM flotation machine
1). Large inhaling capacity and low energy consumption;
2). Complete flotation circuit with inhaling air and pulp, no auxiliaries are needed;
3). Process is easy to be changed;
4). Reasonable circulation of pulp decreases coarse sand sedimentation;
5). Automatic controlling device makes adjustment more convenient.
