Hammer crusher is widely used for medium and fine crushing in mineral processing, cement, glass and refractory factories. It can be used in both dry and wet crushing.
3)Product principle
The main part of hammer crusher is rotor. Rotor consists of main shaft, disc, pin roll and hammer. Motor drives rotor to rotate at a high speed. Materials are fed into crusher and crushed by the rotor. There is a screen deck at the bottom of rotor, the products that reach the target may discharged through screen deck, and the coarse particles may stay on the deck for crushing until reach the target.
